Orra Audio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website for personal and informational purposes. You agree not to:

2. Products & Purchases

Orra Audio offers software products for music production. All purchases are processed through our third-party payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. By making a purchase, you also agree to the terms and conditions of Lemon Squeezy, which are available during the checkout process.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

Upon purchase, you will receive a license key to activate your software. Your use of the software is governed by our License Agreement (EULA), which constitutes a separate agreement between you and Orra Audio.

3. Free Trials

Orra Audio may offer free trial versions of its software. Free trials provide full access to the software for a limited evaluation period. When the trial period expires, you must purchase a license to continue using the software. Trial versions are provided “as is” and are subject to the same restrictions outlined in the License Agreement.

4. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital software that can be fully evaluated through a free trial prior to purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to take advantage of our free trial to ensure the software meets your needs before purchasing. If you experience technical issues that prevent the software from functioning as described, please contact support@orraaudio.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, software, and design — is the property of Orra Audio LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Orra Audio name, logo, and all related product names are trademarks of Orra Audio LLC. No content from the Website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission from Orra Audio.

6. User Content & Community

If you participate in any Orra Audio community spaces (such as Discord, forums, or social media), you agree to conduct yourself respectfully and in accordance with any community guidelines we provide. Orra Audio reserves the right to remove any content or restrict access to users who violate our community guidelines or these Terms.

7. Third-Party Services & Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites and services, including but not limited to our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy), community platforms (Discord), and social media channels. These third-party services are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. ORRA AUDIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ORRA AUDIO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORRA AUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR PURCHASE OF OUR PRODUCTS, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
